Once she became a mum, she went down the route of self employment to have a good work/life balance. It wasn't till 2010 that through word of mouth she learned about the Care Sector and made it her mission to learn as much as she could about the industry and finally applied for registration in 2015. Melody is very aware that Edinburgh Homecare is only as good as her worst staff, therefore she puts a lot of money and energy into training and empowering staff.

Lorna, is our Office Manager. She joined Edinburgh Homecare as a Finance/Payroll Assistant. However with 30 years of Office Administration experience, she soon took control of managing the whole office in a way that we cannot imagine the office without her and we felt having the title of Office Manager is more suitable to her roll, although she still helps with the finance side of things.
