Melody is our Business Owner. Graduating from Engineering School, she worked in the world of Finance for 10 years. Once she became a mum, she went down the route of self employment to have a good work/life balance. It wasn't till 2010 that through word of mouth she realised that the Care Sector in UK is in crisis and is in need of more good quality service providers. Melody made it her mission to learn as much as she could about the Care Sector and finally applied for registration in 2015. Edinburgh Homecare was registered after 18 months and the company has been going from strength to strength ever since. Melody is very aware that Edinburgh Homecare is only as good as her staff, therefore she puts a lot of money and energy to train and empower her staff. The better and more confident her staff are, the better the company performs. Edinburgh Homecare has a good reputation and hope to builds on that as the years go by.

Lorna, is our Office Manager. She joined Edinburgh Homecare as a Finance/Payroll Assistant. However with 30 years of Office Administration experience, she soon took control of managing the whole office in a way that we cannot imagine the office without her and we felt having the title of Office Manager is more suitable to her roll, although she still helps with the finance side of things.
